Sam lives with his mother in a Native community in the Abitibi region. His girlfriend, Migona - a student living in a community near Québec City - is a 10-hour-drive away. The young Native decides to visit his girlfriend. Along the way he meets Tania, a young Russian, and decides to accompany her in her flight across a terrain devoid of navigable roads… This road movie was largely shot on site in the Anishnabe, Innu and Wendate communities of Quebec over the course of a 2,500 kilometre-long journey.
